Jessica Pichardo is the Admin & Communications Manager for the Celina Fire Department. She is responsible for providing essential support for the operations and administrative side. She is also skilled in assisting with internal and external communication needs and managing the department’s social media channels. Jessica’s knowledge in social media tactics has been beneficial in the recruitment of new firefighters for Celina.

Before joining Celina FD, Jessica worked as the Communications Manager for the City of Celina for seven years.

Jessica received her Bachelors degree from Texas A&M-Commerce.

Jessica is passionate about building a strong sense of community and keeping residents connected to our first responders. She is a proud mom, coffee addict, and food lover.
