Marketing

SPONSOR understands that GSM may take photos and/or video of physical and virtual exhibits, sponsor sessions and sponsors participating in various in-person and virtual event activities such as networking and communicating with attendees. These materials may be used by GSM for any marketing purposes and may be featured in materials including, but not limited to, brochures, programs, websites, press releases and email news. Sessions hosted by SPONSORS may be recorded for inclusion in the virtual event. 

Networking activities happening on-site such as attendee dinners, parties and other events much receive advance approval from GSM.

All SPONSORS are subject to the Sponsor Code of Conduct. Violation of this code may result in action taken up to and including termination of sponsorship. 

  • SPONSOR understands that unlawful harassment or mistreatment of others is not tolerated at our event. 
  • SPONSOR will not post malicious, misleading or unfair content about another sponsor or it’s employees during S4SCON or in relationship to the event. 
  • SPONSOR will demonstrate ethical integrity and respect toward attendees and other sponsors. 
  • SPONSOR will show proper consideration for the privacy of attendees, including upon request. 
  • SPONSORS participating in the event must accept and follow the Terms & Conditions required during SPONSOR ticket registration. 
  • SPONSORS must make every effort to abide by the allotted times for their activities, speaking sessions and remarks. 
  • SPONSOR tickets included in sponsorship levels or added-on cannot be used to register regular attendees and can only be used for SPONSOR employees or contractors representing them. 

Use of Attendee Contact Information

Certain levels of sponsorship may receive varying access to a pre-conference and post-conference Attendee List. Attendee List will not include event staff, contractors, sponsors and non-attendee volunteers. Attendee List will contain the following information provided to us during registration: attendee name, job title, agency or company, email address, state and country. This list does not offer telephone, fax or street address information.

  • SPONSORS with access to the pre-conference attendee list may use it to contact attendees one (1) time before the event. SPONSORS with access to the post-conference attendee list may use it to contact attendees up to (3) times after the event.
  • Attendees not currently on SPONSORS email or mailing lists must opt-in to receive further messages from SPONSOR.
  • SPONSOR must honor any pre-standing unsubscribes.
  • SPONSOR will not re-sell or share Attendee List with another entity. GSM will retain ownership of the Attendee List. SPONSOR must honor all opt-out requests from attendees or GSM within 24 hours of receipt.
